355 ml can. Pours a pale hay color. Aromas of dry apples and champagne. Flavors follow same; fresh apples and a bit of champagne. Crisp and very dry. Not getting the funkiness or sediment that other more. Seems very processed.

Can pour at FHF 2024, pours a cloudy pink with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle plums, apple skins, and a touch of white wine grape skins. Flavour is complex, with a very nice white wine grape skins character upfront, accentuated by juicy plums, and a touch of wild yeast. Super juicy and cohesive, with a vinous finish. Excellent.

Bottle pour at FHF 2024, pours a cloudy dark pinkish amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright blueberries, plums, and some red wine skins, with a nice musty wild yeast. Flavour is dry, with a nice mix of grape skins, blueberry, and some dry orange peel. Wild and cohesive, with a dry melange of fruit that works well. Good stuff.
