0.355 l can from Muted Horn, Berlin, thanks to little Dina, shared with her. Clear, sparkling pale greenish golden. Intense sweet ripe apple and apple blossom aroma. Funky fruity and some glue. Hints of honey, spice and some tart plum. Intense sourness, very sharp and vinegary. Flavour is tart apples and sour little golden plums. Effervescent, moderate carbonation, light body, drinkable, light finish, sharp to the end.

On tap at Kruger's Eck, Berlin. Shared with little Dina. Clear. Funky apple skins, cherry, plum candy. Smooth, soft carbonation and texture, vinous, funky sharp slightly vinegary sourness. Apple juice, fruity flavour. Moderately lasting sour dry finish.

Aroma is a balance between ripe apple and cherry juice, nice presence of tannic fruit skins in the flavour, apple skins, cherry skins, cherry juice, light honey, lightly vinous, a touch of candy. Moderate sourness backed by some sweetness. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Light tart finish.

On tap at Muted Horn, Berlin. Shared with little Dina. Clear pinkish red. Aroma is strawberry, cherry, red grapes, some apple juice. Cherry brandy comes up. Quite intensely sour, nice sour ripe apple. Also lots of sour cherry and red grapes. Quite vinous. Rather thin. Nice apple skins and red fruit skins in the finish. Cranberry iced tea. Quite refreshing. Medium body. Lasting dry finish.

Vinous, but the strawberry cuts through that, and is actually somewhat dominant. Sweetish, but some tannins in the base cider.

Pale pink, nice bright plum on the palate, integrating well with the juicy apple. This is very good. The aroma isn’t as bright as the palate but still good.
