Can. Red with a swiftly vanishing pink head. 6- Brooding raspberry and weed aroma. Moderately sour with brooding rather than vibrant raspberries - which is fine - and a slightly woody finish. Low carbonation. Classy quaffer.

Bottle. Hazy gold with a cm of dense head that fades. 6+ Powerful funky lemon aroma with hay, tropical fruit, spices. Slippery, moderate carbonation. Fairly sour but well of dry. Fruity with lemon that I'd guess is only partly lemon, peach, tropical hints. Hay, crackers, oak. Sophisticated but fun.

Can. Black, a cm of brown head fades rapidly. Aroma of freshly roasted hazelnuts, dark chocolate, coffee, roast. Smooth, pretty full bodied. The oyster shells add a little intriguing minerality but mainly the brine pushes the beer about a quarter of the way to savoury which I like. Also the hazelnuts seem particularly fresh. Best variant yet for me.

Can. Cloudy blonde with a white head that fades to a cm. Aroma of orange juice on the turn, tropical Frosty Fruits. A bit of somewhat chalky body with some bready and tropical sweetness then a mixture of tart, twiggy and bitter at the end. Bolder than expected. Refreshing.

Can, bb 10/25. Unclear orange with a swiftly vanishing white head. Tart fruity juice aroma with mainly pineapple and mandarin, some light wheaty funk. Slightly tart, a little rehydration tabletish. Fruity but finishes fairly dry. Refreshing.
