Can. Black with a good cm of tan head that's soon at the rim. Aroma of spiced chocolate, roast. Dryish. Roastier than suggested by the aroma but nice mocha is there. A slight earthiness I didn't love. Bitter, spicy end. Solid.

Bottled in September 2018. 375ml bottle from Sterk Amsterdam web store many years ago. Be Wild, jak to napisane na etykiecie, tak ale ta piana chyba jszcze bardziej. Slimakowa, wielka i trwala do konca. Metne kwasne tresciwe, tak konkretna kwasnosc ze sok z kapusty kiszonej wydaje sie byc niewinnym slodkim sokiem. Tak konkretnie lubie, lambikowa brettowa dzika jazda. Z piana ktora brudzi nos przy kazdym lyku. Aromat zepsutych pomaranczy. Piwo nie dla slodziakow co to szamaja chipsy i popijaja cola:)

Can. Misted orange, white head. 6+ Aroma of sour oranges, hay, crackery dough. Then an elegant balance of pithy sour orange, doughy sweetness and slightly earthy and spicy bitterness. Enlivening.

Can, bb 6/26. Black, a tan head crackles away from 3/2cm. Aroma of roasted hazelnuts, tartish blueberries, chocolate. A bit of chocolate syrup sweetness but just sour overall with berries part of that. It's surprising how much the nuts come to the fore. I find these variants hard to predict but this one is good.

Can. Cloudy yellowish orange with a swiftly retreating white head. Aroma is vinous but also has wintery oranges, oak, old lemon and bracken funk. Pretty mellow sourness with a slight creaminess. New wine, old citrus, oak and bracken, slight bitterness. Texture, balance.

Can. Gold, a cm of white head that doesn't last. Aroma of yuzu (and lemon?) light bread. Sweet with some pith as well as juice, which adds to the modest bitterness. Hints of funk. Quenching.

Can. Cloudy pale amber with a white head that's soon less than a coat. Aroma of brooding old lemon and laundry funk with crackers and hints of under-ripe tropical fruit. Sour with old lemons, bracken, some brighter lime and green tropical fruit notes. Dry finish - if there's much bitterness there is a bit overmatched. Good.
