Bottle bought at Vinomondo, Conwy. Opaque light gold. Thin foamy translucent white head soon thins out. Aroma has sweet rye with a resinous edge. Citrus. Spice. Flavourwise it has a sweet streak with a citrusy edge. Spice. Sherbert. The rye is very sweet in this one. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Flat-average carbonation. Long dry ever so slightly astringent finish. Bland and - for me - overly sweet attempt at a RIPA.

Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness, light drying tartness. Moderate body, a little watery, average carbonation. Very nice aroma. Didn’t quite follow through but well above average Welsh brew.

Bottle from Vinomondo, Conwy. Aroma is fruity, with an earthiness. Develops a yeasty sweetness. Clear gold. Thick foamy white head. Light sour with a bitterness throughout. Citrus and grains. Underlying yeast and malts. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. It's fine. Bitter, dry stuff.
