Slight haze. It's pale, looks a bit dull. Medium head. Slight onion note, a bit of sulphur there. Soft body. Low bitterness. There's a bit of toastiness there, like old hops. There is a bit of yeastiness, but it's not bad - more woody and less sulphuric on the palate than it was on the nose.

16 oz. can, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of dank hops, some sulphuric (farty) notes, melon, and biscuity malt. Flavour has melon, some dankness, bready malt, and again with gentle sulphuric notes. Fairly dry, not that bitter; something odd here. Not the brightest Mosaic expression and doesn’t have the bitterness it needs. Not bad, but definitely not ideal.

Dark body with off white head. Looks like a good Mexican dark lager which it is. Bready aroma. Malt taste with a bit of maize. Clean finish

16oz pour into a dimple mug (nice touch) in TeKu, Seattle on 16th August 2025. Really enjoyed this English Bitter, malty, rustic and slightly fruity with a light bitterness. Well done whoever brewed this. 3.6% ABV beers don't usually taste as good as this, again, well done.

On tap at Imperial Bottle Shop, pours black with s small brown head. Aroma has plenty of dark cocoa, light toasted hazelnuts, and some roast. Flavour is sweet, with dark cocoa, hazelnuts, and dark sugars. Pretty sweet and lacking complexity but the incorporation of adjuncts is pretty pleasant. Decent.

16 oz. can, pours black with a medium tan head. Aroma is fairly robust, with a moderately roasted malt base, earthy hops, and a touch of woody piney character. Flavour is well-balanced, with a solid earthy, woody and piney character, with a dry, roasted malt base. Nice balance between roasted malt and hops. Not that bitter, by the dryness is nice. Well-made.
