On tap at Flying Saucer, pours a clear blonde. Nose brings out subdued orange blossom, along with heavy sweet wildflower honey. Flavour is along the same lines, with notes of oranges, floral notes and intense wildflower honey. Heavy sweet and wonderfully constructed, with loads of depth. Excellent.

On tap at Flying Saucer, pours a clear blonde. Nose brings out lots of wildflower honey, with moderate-high sweetness. Flavour is heavy sweet, with a lovely wildflower honey character. Lots of depth with no adjuncts to obscure the complexity. Excellent.

On tap at Flying Saucer, pours a clear copper. Nose brings out very subtle avocado notes, along with the wildflower honey. Flavour is rather harsh, with intense alcohol, light honey, wildflower honey and harsh bitterness. The least impressive of the three I've just tried, but it's a fun one.

On tap at Flying Saucer Nashville. Pours a clear orange gold with no head whatsoever. Aroma is full of sweet honey with a hint of flora underlying. Flavor has strong sweet honey up front with some booze and an touch of an avocado note supporting. Odd.
