Bottle at SBWF. Opaque colour, small steady brownish head. Aroma has cocoa, bourbon, vanilla and roasted malts. Medium-bodied to full-bodied. Bourbon is there with boozy sensation, cocoa, vanilla, roastyness. Good but a bit simple.

Keg at SBWF. Hazy amber, small head. Bready fruity nose with some mango. Mid sweet with full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Mostly fruity with sweaty grapefruit and caramel. Mid bitter finish.

Tap at Oliver Twist. Slightly hazy orange colour, medium-sized off-white head. Nose has light tropical fruits and citrus. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Light tropical fruityness. Some mandarin. Easy. Not much rye character.

Bottled. Clear deep amber, mid sized coarse head. Spicy nose with cinnamon and cardamom. Mid dry with medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Bready malt with licorice. Firm and well defined. Interesting spices that are well integrated. Mid bitter finish. Excellent.

(Draught at Bishop’s Arms Gamla Stan, Stockholm, 3 May 2017) Pale amber colour with creamy, off-white head. Malty, hoppy nose with toast, apricots and orange marmalade. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of apricot marmalade, crisp-bread, toast, citrus and a balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh and tasty. Quite nice.
