Bottle. Has a clear straw colour with a small off-white head. Aroma of dry hay, grass, heather, lime and hints of smoked sausage. Flavour of grass, white bread, wet hay and some warming alcohol in the end. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a light bitterness. Malty and decent. A little Belgian-like.

Bottle. Clear golden body under a dense white head. Mild aroma of pale malt with hint of white vine. Light and quite clean taste, not so much going on but some subtle flavors within the specter of pale malt, slightly acidic fruit and grapes. Perhaps the most interesting beer from this yeast experience, but not the best beer.

Bottle. Clear golden body under a dense white head. Aroma has some malt, hint of rubber and light smoke. Taste is mild malt, hint of smoke and a bit wheat yeast kind of banana taste. Interesting experience to see how different each yeast strain effect the same brew. A better beer than #9 but not particular interesting itself with the exception of the yest experiment.

Bottle. Clear golden body under a dense white head. Aroma is a bit unusually and difficult to place, not strong in aroma, gives me some kind of ‘closed room’ feeling. Ripe fruit, cheese and varnish. Taste is quite mild and simple, just a hint of fruit, herbal tea and dough. At the best it has some Sasion qualities but alle in all it’s a rather uninteresting beer.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7.5%. Golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of butter and cheese, hints of decaying yellow fruits. The flavour is somewhat better, fairly malty, but not as fruity as I hoped - still with some hints of yellow plums. Slightly woody. Low bitterness. Not particularly interesting.

330 ml botlle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. Brewed at De Proefbrouwerij. ABV is 7.5%. Nearly clear golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of butter and stale jam, not very attractive. The flavour is better, moderately acidic (less than expected) and fruity, fairly refreshing, some mild spicy notes of kveik and moderate hops.
