On cask at the Factory, Kendal. Appearance - hazy yellow. Generous head. Nose - caramel more than citrus. Some brown bread. Taste - caramel and bread again. Palate - light to medium bodied and creamy. The finish could be fresher. Overall - so so.

Cask at the Old Kings Head, Broughton-in-Furness. Light to medium gold. Notes of peach and cereal in the aroma. Pleasant enough bittersweet taste, but not particularly remarkable. Light body. Pleasant enough but a very average golden bitter at the end of the day.
