Bottle by the pool in Scopello, 7th August 2020. Pours light straw colour, slight haze. Aroma is fresh, wheat and citrus. Taste is refreshing, some wheat and citrus. Nice hoppy wheat. Good brewery

Bottle at Made in Sicilia, Scopello, 7th August 2020. Pours clear and golden. Aroma is aromatic, loads of Centinnial in this. Taste is centinnial, hoppy and aromatic. Great IPA, I love this hop

Bottle in Taormina, looking over the sea and Mount Etna, which is erupting, quite appropriate, given the smoke and chilli in this one! 2nd June 19. Pours a chestnut brown. Aroma is caramel, dark malts. Taste is dark malts, caramel, light smoke, good chilli hit, delicious beer actually, smooth and smokey and a good balance of chilli.

Bottle in hotel room, Siracusa, 1st June 19. Pours a red brown, aroma is caramel. Taste is hoppy, bitter, malts, quite bright and fresh, good American style Amber. Quite impressed by this brewery

Bottle in private garden in hotel, Scopello, Sicily, 30th May 19. Pours a straw colour. Aroma is yeast, citrus. Taste is bitter and floral, orange, citrus, yeast and a bitter linger. Really great beer.
