Can at home, says 10%. Pours black, nose is roasted coffee, chocolate, some vanilla, taste is bitter coffee, roasted, chocolate.l, little acrid in the finish.

Cask at Wigan Central, Wigan. Pours a very dark reddish-brown with a small tan head. The aroma is smoky with some roasted malts. In the mouth it is sweet but with smoky undertones. Flavour has roast malts and vanilla along with hints of chocolate and liquorice. Finish is slightly sweet and dry. Altogether quite nice.
