Cask at Wigan Central, 16/05/2025.
Golden blonde topped with a lasting off white head.
Nose is stewed fruit, biscuit, grains, grass.
Taste comprises sultanas, biscuit, hedgerow, grass.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a light bitter edge.
Passable cask offering ... on the twiggy side of things.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenny, 16/11/23. Moderately hazed orange golden with a fast collapsing just off white cap that reduces to some spotting. Nose is orange zest, raw pineapple, grass, herb, mango kiss, grapefruit. Taste comprises bitter orange, grass, grapefruit, pine needle, mango, ripe melon, airy malts. Medium bodied, light prickly carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come grassy hop bitterness. Easy drinking DIPA ... Not bad.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, decent pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin pale malts, thin and a little dry, a mild sweetness. Modern Galaxy provides that almost Idaho 7 like combo of citrus and tropical fruits, not quite as juicy but a bit brighter. Strata, a bit lost here amid the Galaxy muscle. Crisp spicy pine on the finish along with a mild savoury skunk. Hop spicy linger. Bright and crisp and hop punchy, could just do with a more robust malt base.
