9/6/2019. Bottle, sample, courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear virtually colourless, just the lightest of gold tint. Aroma of sweet apples, vanilla, citrus acidity, and light peppery notes. Moderate sweetness, medium tartness. Moderate body, oily texture, slight spritzy carbonation. Tart, slightly salty, slightly dry acidic finish. Grower.

750ml wired cork bottle from Sterk Amsterdam. Pale golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of sweet fleshy apple, white wine. Taste is sweetish, fruity, fleshy apple, alittle sugary, melon, and slightly tart with white wine notes. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodies, spritzy carbonation, semi-dry finish with some residual sweetness. Quite drinkable.

Bottle shared at home. Pours orangey golden with no head. Sweet apples, strangely enough my first associations are a hint of mustard, hint of roasted red paprika. Medium sweet, moderate bitter and light sour. Medium dry. Medium body and soft carbonation. Decent stuff.
