On tap at Gallagher’s Boxty House in Temple Bar, Dublin. Hazy orange gold color. Lovely mousse-like white crown. Dank citrus aroma. Flavor is bittersweet citrus and pine. Notes of grapefruit peel and resiny pine. Very much in the vein of an American West Coast IPA. Tasty.

Keg at Gallaghers Boxty House, Dublin, 15/09/19. Rich amber with a decent light beige covering. Nose is biscuit crumbs, hint of red berry fruits, airy malts, fruit slice. Taste comprises tangy fruits, burnt sugars, brown bread, dusty fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Passable for the style ... not sure if the light tangy edge was intentional or not ?
