Sample at the brewpub as part of Cleveland Beer Week. Hazy amber color with a medium off-white head that recedes gradually to an outer ring. Stringy lace. Aroma of citrus, piney hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of resiny hops, grapefruit and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a piney hop aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sample at the brewpub as part of Cleveland Beer Week. Clear orange-gold color with a thin white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of grassy hop, citrus and malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at Heinen's University Heights as part of Cleveland Beer Week. Hazy orange color with a medium white head that recedes steadily to a film. Stringy lace. Tropical fruit, hops and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of fruity hops, wheat and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a tropical fruit and hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

This beer pours a brown-black color with a medium tan head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Patchy lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of roasted malt, coffee and hops. Full-bodied with flavors of charred malt, dark chocolate, coffee and hops. The finish is roasty malt up front with an earthy hops aftertaste. Good beer all around.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this mead poured a medium golden color with no head and no lacing. The aroma was bourbon, wood, honey and bread. The flavor was bourbon, tart fruits, tannin, wood and citrus. Long citrus, bourbon and tannin finish. Light to medium body. Ok.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a murky orange-apricot color with a medium sized foamy white head that faded quickly and left decent lacing. The aroma was tart citric acid and perfume. The flavor was dry and tart with catbox and cactus. Unfortunately long finish. Medium body. Awful.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a very dark brown color - almost black - with a large foamy brown head that lingered but left no lacing. The aroma was dry, roasty and bitter with a presence of cheap brewed coffee. The flavor was bitter with cheap brewed coffee and vanilla. Long finish m moderately full bodied and smooth. Not good.
