Sampled on draft this beer poured a hazy yellow gold color with a large foamy white head that left great lacing. The aroma was musty, bretty and sour with a bit of pineapple. The flavor was sour with fairly strong pineapple, mustiness and bretty. Very long finish. Medium body.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a dark brown color with a red hue and a medium sized foamy tan head that left decent lacing. The aroma was cola, herbs, malt, chicory and medicine. The flavor was herbal and off with chicory, cacao nibs and medicine. Long finish. Moderately full bodied. Disappointing.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a slightly hazy vibrant golden color with a large foamy white head that left great lacing. The aroma was sweetish and tangy with sugar, yeast and golden fruit. The flavor was yeasty and musty with sugar, golden fruit, a hint of bubblegum and some alcohol showing through. Medium length finish. Full bodied.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a very dark brown color with a medium sized foamy beige head that left good lacing. The aroma was chocolate, wood, toasty malts and dark fruits. The flavor was chocolate, red wine, toasty malts and wood. Long finish. Moderately full bodied and smooth.

This beer pours a dark mahogany-brown color with a thin off-white head that recedes quickly to a sparse outer ring. Strings of lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of red wine, oak, mildly funky yeast and malt. Medium to full body with low carbonation and flavors of vinous oak, tart cherry, yeast and doughy malt. The finish is oaky and tart with a wine, fig and cherry aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Sample at the brewpub as part of Cleveland Beer Week. Clear reddish-purple color with a minimal head and decent sparse legs on the glass. Aroma of red wine, oak and honey. Full-bodied with a vinous oak character and floral honey notes. The finish is fruity with a berry wine aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
