On tap at BottleHouse, pours a deep dark brown with a mahogany tinge and a small beige head. Aroma brings out jammy currant, blueberry, subdued honey nectar, and even more subdued spices. Flavour is jammy and boozy, with intense blueberry and currant, burning alcohol, and loads of apple pie spices. Too boozy and harsh. This needs cleaning up a fair bit. It's alright, but is clearly hot and messy.

On tap at BottleHouse, pours a deep dark mahogany brown with a tiny head. Aroma is loaded with deep earth blueberry, buried honey, and a touch of vanilla. Flavour is very rich and wholesome, with lots of booze, earthy blueberry, honey, and subdued bourbon. Though it is boozy, it's got a lot of desirable elements, with a nice viscosity. Well-made.

On tap at BottleHouse, pours a clear dull copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out intense brett and piney hops in unison. Flavour is rather harsh, with bitter hops and lots of harsh brett that make the hops seem even more harsh. It's not terrible but seems to need some tweaking. Okay.

On tap at BottleHouse, pours a cloudy muddled dark mahogany brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out loads of oak, some alcohol, wood, and dry dark fruits. Flavour is buggy and dry, with lots of complex wild yeast, above average acidity, intense wood, and alcohol. Very ambitious brew that has a lot of pleasant elements, especially the dryness, bugginess, and woodiness which linger on and on. Dial down the acidity and this would be real fantastic. Still, it's well-done.

On tap at BottleHouse, pours a clear pale copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of brett, along with bready malt and toasted caramel — odd combo. Flavour is bone dry, with lots of brett dominating, having eaten all the sugars. There‘s nary a trace of barley wine elements — bready malt, caramel, dark fruits — left. Very dry and bretty. Not sure how well this works, though it is competently brewed for what it is, I guess.
