Sampled on draft this beer poured a dark brown color with orange highlights and a trace white head. The aroma was malty with molasses, vanilla, fig and cherry. The flavor was sweet with chocolate, vanilla, molasses, fig, raisin, and cherry. Very long finish. Thick and full body. Marvelous!!

The flavor was musty, bretty and sweet with dried apricots, dough and wood. Long finish. Full bodied. Alcohol well controlled. Interesting.

Sampled on draft this beer poured almost black with a purple hue and a medium sized creamy pinkish-white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was malty and toasty with sour berry. The flavor was sour and tart with cherry, berry and a malty undertone. Medium length finish. Moderately full bodied and smooth.
