Poured from 355mL can (from Andres @ Arellano) @ ABC bottle share. Clear-ish salmon pink with small white head. Raspberry with feint vanilla. Decent gose.

12oz (thx, Ryan!) @ Phill's during Gene's visit. Appearance: brown with beige head. Aroma: roasted malt, some coffee, some smokiness, a bit of dark fruits. A bit grassy. Taste: along the same lines, roasty, some fruity character. Overall: ok.

12oz can. Pours black with thin beige head. Aroma has roasted malt, caramel, lactose. Flavour is a bit thin; milk chocolate, some roast. Aroma is better than the flavour. Seems well-made, but not super exciting.

Dark brown. Thin head. Toasty aroma, light cocoa. On the palate, it's quite light. Toasty, a bit of almost appley acidity.

Poured from 355mL can (thanks Andres). Dark brown with small beige head. Mild chocolate roast, simple, okay.

355mL can, pours a deep dark brown / near-black with a small beige head. Aroma has some lactose, medium roast, and some earthiness. Flavour is perfectly fine, with thin roast, some lactose, and a touch of coffee notes. Extremely thin-bodied, but works OK. Decent.

Poured from 355mL can @ Casa Arellano (just a tiny taste of the bottom of the can from someone else who ordered it courtesy of Andres who said it was a couple years old to temper expectations). Lightly hazed yellow gold with minimal white head. Oaky sourness, soft tropical citrus notes. Better than expected. Hops have fallen off, but it's a decent beer nonetheless.

Poured from 355mL can @ Casa Arellano (the brewer and their website classifies this as a NZ Pils - brewer says it has Nelson and Mosaic hops just like their Jelou Julia, but in different proportions). Clear pale blonde with small white head. Definitely tastes more lager than pils so there's that. Light citrus hops in the background, clean pils malt. A bit basic, but clean and simple. Okay.

Poured from 355mL can @ Casa Arellano. Clear gold with small white head. Quite malty, mild citrus hops underlie. Clean, decent interpretation of the Sierra Nevada pale ale. Could have a touch more hops, but serviceable.

Re-rate May 06, 2024: Poured from 355mL can. Dark brown with small beige head. Earthy roast malt, mild pine hops. Again, the can from Arellenos was better than the tap at Boruma taproom. Raising the rating. Okay. April 25, 2024 (6/3/5/3/11=2.8): Poured from the tap @ Bóruma Tap Room (Tequis). Dark brown with minimal beige head. Some nice chocolate and toasted malt notes, but almost no hops. Needs way more resin and pine.
