Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2025, pours a clear bright red amber with a small white head. Aroma has bright musty blackberries, some weird sulfuric bugginess, and light phenols. Flavour has some phenolic notes, blackberry jamminess, and a touch of jamminess. Too phenolic and otherwise clumsy. Not good.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2025, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some sulfuric/farty notes, harsh astringency, and bitter dry-hopping. Flavour is a little better, with some dry-hopping, astringency, and a touch of phenols. A bit messy, with some off-flavours. Not great.

A hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice crisp fruity malt with light brettanomyces, light fruity esters, light horseblanket, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet malt with Brett, light lactic notes, light Epsom salts, very nice.

750ml (thx, Josh!) @ Matt's house. Appearance: cloudy pale golden with a white head. Aroma: a lot of plums, stone fruits, some jammy and rustic notes, and some oak, too. Taste: along the same lines, lots of fruit in the beginning, but it fades towards the end. Overall: still good one.

Poured from 750mL bottle (6.1% abv version as opposed to the 4.5% abv version). Hazy pale yellow with small white head. Tons of plum, some citrus, very feint hint of pineapple on the taste, mild acidity, quite nice.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with juicy plums, followed by some gentle wine, and a touch of bugginess. Flavour is super juicy, with lots of juicy plums, astringent bitterness, and a touch of bugs. Juicy and bitter. Pretty soid.

Pale, opaque. Bright plum aroma, good base saison but this is a fresh, fruit character. The acidity is somewhat sharp, with a bit of acetic. The plums come through quite well here. Light body, drinks well but definitely the acetic stuff is a bit distracting.

(On tap @ Bar Volo, Toronto, June 26/23) Pours nearly clear orange-red with a thin white head and no lace. Aroma is tart cherries with a distinct spicebox note (nutmeg/cinnamon), a little marzipan, a bit of cereal, light lactic acidity, very soft wood and dusty/leathery Brett. Flavour is fairly dry, lightly acidic and very lightly tart, soft Montmorency cherry with some acidity and the soft spicebox you'd expect, a bit of wood with gentle vanillins, cereal is very retiring, maybe a little apple?, Brett is restrained (hay/leather), light skin tannin, dry finish with a little tart Montmorency lingering. Light bodied, quite softly carbonated. Pleasant along with the mortadella on foccacia but a little lacking in heft and complexity to really stand on its own.
