Pale pinkish colour. Some cherry. Pediococcus, in a not fun way. Light body. Acrid. Some cherry in there, too.

Pale, with slight haze. Some brett. Mellow, a bit funky. It's okay.

Hazy, light colour. Soft, phenolic, plasticy, soupy, mushrooms. Those are not hops and yarrow, the things I would have expected. On paper this beer sounds great. Not so much in the glass, unfortunately.

Light purpley colour, some haze. Sweet blackberry on the nose. Soft body and light bugs. Hint of phenols, not really good ones that add value.

Pale colour. Hint of elderberry. Smoke phenols for some reason. Meaty, tart, and smoked plum. I kind of like smoked plum but that's not really what we're here for is it?

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2025, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma has a bunch of THP — big time Cheerios — with some jammy berries and light bugs. Flavour is full of Cheerios, some berries, and a touch of phenols. Messy and messed up.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2025, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of hay, mustiness, and some dry-hopping. Flavour has some phenolic notes, dry-hopping, and light citrus. Phenolic in the burnt rubber sense. Not good.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2025, pours a clear bright pinkish red with a small pink head. Aroma has some floral elderberries, some mustiness, and light phenols. Flavour is acetic, with lots of balsamic, Worcestershire sauce, and light phenols. Too much balsamic and acetic acid. Not great.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2025, pours a clear pale peachy pink with a small white head. Aroma has gentle cherry skins, a touch of bugs, and a touch of hay. Flavour has harsh bitterness, light cherry skins, and a touch of bugginess. Some phenols ruin this as well. Bad.
