Description
De brouwerij, een zogeheten zorgbrouwerij, is in 2015 opgericht door Stefan Maats en Jos Verlaak. Sinds eind oktober 2016 is de ambachtelijke brouwerij in Dalfsen in gebruik genomen. Daarvoor brouwden we ons bier bij Admiraal Brouwerij. Vanaf begin december gaan de medewerkers van het Leer-werk-centrum Philadelphia wekelijks in de brouwerij aan de slag.

Bottle. Pale amber color. Yeasty aroma with some fruit. Orange and vegetable notes in the yeasty flavor. Not good.

Bottle, thanks Jelly! Pale Amber color. Citrus, pear and soft herbal notes in the aroma. Wheaty sweetish flavor with soft herbal notes and lots of tangerine. More a weizen than a blonde.

Bottle, thanks Jelly! Pale Amber color. Pear, orange and soft herbal notes in the aroma. Herbal, Grainy Wheaty alcoholic flavor with soft orange notes. Lacks balance.

Bottle. Dark brown color. Yeasty caramelly aroma. malty sweetish, yeasty flavor with caramel, a hint of licorice and dust. Slightly alcoholic. Almost full bodied. Drinkable.

Bottle. Pale amber color. Caramel and floral notes in the aroma. Dry, floral citric flavor, well hopped. Hints of caramel and black berries. Bready, medium bodied. Decent.
