(Bottle, 8.0%) Golden amber colour, slightly hazy, with brief foamy off-white head. Fruity nose with red apples, citrus, orange peel, apricots, herbs and floral aromas. Fruity, tart taste with notes of red apples, apple skin, orange peel, mandarin, apricots, herbs, oak wood and a dry and tart finish. Slightly puckering and astringent. More than medium body, dry. Crisp, tart and slightly woody. Very nice.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Clear pale straw with short lasting fizzy head. Crisp mineral pears, chalky, alcohol, Prosecco, coffee, caramel, dead leaves, figs. Light sweet and sour and bitter. Solid medium bodied, solid medium dry. Interesting and unusual poiré. Nice.

Bottle from Ciderwinkel. Aroma is sweet and tart apple, light funk, apple skins and apple juice. Flavour is moderate sweet, light tart. Body is medium. I like it a bit more dry, the funk is nice. Tart and sweet apple throughout.

(Bottle) Light pinkish orange colour with brief, foamy, white head. Fruity nose with red apples, citrus, strawberry, hay, herbs and flowers (hibiscus?). Fruity, slightly tart taste with notes of red apples, orange peel, citrus, strawberries, hay, herbs, flowers and a dry finish with a balanced acidity. Medium body, mainly dry but with a touch of sweetness. Tasty, harmonious and elegant. Nice one.

Pale straw, a little unclear. Light herbal almost hoppy, pear, pear peels, tannins, lots of twig. Light sweet & moderate bitter. Medium body and soft carb. Broadband tannins with embedded sugar crystals. Yumyum pear spur/twig juice. 📺 American Ultra

Nice orange color, not a lot of fizz. Holy moly! More woodjuice than applejuice. Very dry&wry, almost no recognizable applearoma. Rubberband, cork, treebark, oystershell, dried orange peel. Pretty hardcore this one. Not an easy like. Can’t dismiss either.

750ml wired cork bottle from Ciderwinkel. Opened with a loud pop. Orangey gold colour, shirt-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of tangy apple, light funk, caramel hints. Taste is fleshy apple, some apple skin and core, with slight barnyard funky notes, alittle caramel and drying tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tangy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle shared at home. Clear golden with white ring head. Dense mossy and moldy apples, applesauce, custard, dry wood, I’m surprised by generous notes of chorizo sausage in this cider. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body, medium dry, but on the dryer end of the spectrum. Bit dusty mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Interesting stuff. --- Beer merged from original tick of Cidre Fermier Du Pays De Bray Tradition on 19 Feb 2019 at 13:33 - Score: 7

75cl bottle as a gift from my French in-laws. Has a mushy overripe apple aroma with concentrated desert apple taste, with a typical Normandy level sweetness and definite caramel notes. Perfectly nice but those caramel elements aren’t for me.

Bottled (from Alko Prisma, Vaasa). Goldeny pale orangeish colour with a medium head while pouring, but which disappears quite quickly afterwards. Lots of preassure in the bottle, but the cider stayed calm. So, over to the elements of the whole thing, before I forget to rate, drunken me. Aroma is apples, and some ripe apples, and some toffee and sadly that’s about it. The flavour is apples, green and red ones, with both ripe and quite fresh and young ones too. Also there’s a slight resiny touch to it.
