Brewery draught, 3/13/25.
Lightly hazy, brass-gold. Small, white head.
Juju fruits, gummy worms, earth and pineapple. Not very aromatic. Bit of caramel in there, too.
Caramelly, pineappley, lightly punchy. Earthy. Yeasty. Things are not working out well for their NE IPAs....

Brewery draught, 3/13/25.
Clear bright amber. Small, off-white head.
Pine, grapefruit, resin, earth, caramel. But not too aggressive at any point.
Same flavors. Great bitterness and tons of fun, bright, lightly juicy grapefruit. Malty texture, good attenuation. No weird yeast or resin or toast.

Brewery draught, 3/13/25.
Lightly cloudy, pale lemon brass. Small, white head.
Lightly juicy, lots of lemon, apricot, pine, mango. Very classic Citra. Not getting a ton of the dry hop. Maybe done mineral and spice.
Juicy, yeasty, very yeasty. Yeast kind of outdoing the tropical hop. White bread sweetness from malt is balancing. Very low bitterness. Feels a bit messy and sweet and yeasty.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7.5

Brewery draught, 3/13/25.
Clear, pale, white gold. Bit of bubbles.
Vinous and acidic in a good way, with heavily juicy apple and big spice. Assumedly the hop is contributing but I'm not sure exactly how.
Juicy, spicy, dry, hint of tartness. Zesty and with a light amount of Brett and soft acid. Very dry, fully attenuated but not thin or over attenuated. Has a bit of chew and playful Brett to it.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7.5

Brewery draught, 3/13/25.
Clear, dark. Tan head.
Coffee and dark chocolate. Not sure id guess vanilla. Maybe on the very end. But liquorous.
Chocolatey, lighter bodied, dry, roasty and chocolatey with light vanilla and caramel. Just chewy enough with dark chocolate and black licorice. Clean, no booze. Could stand less roast but I get it, it's a porter

6.9
Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 6.5 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6.5

Brewery draught, 3/13/25.
Clear deep brass-golden. Little head.
No description anywhere so I'm assuming this is a saison brewed with Valley Malt and Raccoon meat.
Fruity, clovey, lots of white pepper with lots of biscuit malt.
Clove, big black pepper, tons of yellow fruits. There's clove and light alcohol, but it's got a good amount of malt body. Soft and honey-like. Some stone fruit and such but still too much white pepper and moderate clove.
