Pricey $30+ bottle via Press. Ever slightly cheaper this way vs direct from Rose Hill. Was stuck in a mixed box & I didn't say no. Lo-ball at home.
Hazy orange amber, minimal head.
Juicy cherry pith nose, light tea, old fashioned feels, slight initial funk.
Taste is bittersweet apples but with an awesome sharp crab bite, floral tea, acidic lemon & astringent cherry-like tannins, solvent. Long, earthy bittersweet, clay, touch of rubber, dehydration headache.
Thin, sharp, fizzy, dry mouth, kinda boozy, medium funk.
Rough ride. Makes me think of old South Hill bottles. Price sucks but this is great. I have a terrible headache.

Draft: Poured an unclear golden with a white head. Aroma is sharp pungent fresh cut apples. Taste is fresh pressed apple, crisp. MrsSHIG says it’s to traditional for her but I like it.

Clear 500ml bottle from Press online, a touch. cheaper than going direct.
Mojito glass at home after a couple days in the fridge.
Tall & active, pink pale head; Loud crash. Murky/hazy, dark-raspberry-colored drink.
Deep mixed berry nose, leaning blackberry & grape, salty & briny, bittersweet.
Jammy, wet leaves, earthy floral apple funk, carbonic fruit, lingering tart grape essence. Rounded, funky-herbal, dense grape finish.
Medium high acid, a little lime, significant body. High carb initially that dies back tragically. Lingering tannins.
Hurts a bit. Pretty good.

On tap at The Greats of Craft NYC, pours a dark rose red with a small white head. Aroma has lots of tart cherries, pithy cherry, and gentle apple acidity. Flavour is dry and yet dominated by the cherry pithy, moderately acidic apple skins, and a touch of funk. Lots of cherry pith dominating, finishing mostly dry and moderately acidic. Good stuff.

On tap at The Greats of Craft NYC, pours a hazy yellow blonde with a small white head. Aroma is quite funky, with big farmhouse notes, hay, and crisp apple skins. Flavour is funky, with lightly tart apples, moderate farmhouse funk, light leather, and gentle acidity. Nice funk character. Very good.

Pricey bottle from Cellar D'or. Lo-ball glass back at the hotel. Easy, yet forceful crown pop followed by a slow leakage. Heady, partially hazy yellow pour. Mellow, macerated, juicy, ever slightly barnyard nose. Herbal, sharp, earthy, mellow yogurt twang, wild fruit rot, tannic apple seed, baby powder, lingering sharp & burning acid finish. Good & not so amazing wild flavors that stop before going offal. Frothy carbonation, yeasty texture, heavy, strong enough, my gut is a little unsettled with all the funk. Pretty wild & fun. Should be rated higher, but it's not super approachable.
