500 ml bottle. Nose starts slightly medicinal, herbal, honey, brown sugar, citrus. Flaovr is brown sugar and honey, wood, light vanilla, spices and herbs. Quite decent stuff. Don't get tons of bourbon barrel as the honey sweetness is so big.

Tap at Buu's Taproom. Bright medium reddish-pink with effervescence but no head. Big ginger nose, with a light tinge of shiso and honey behind it. Flavor is also a somewhat perfumed ginger, light perilla, a touch of honey but moderate sweetness. An interesting, bubbly mead that maybe goes a bit overboard on the flavorings but was tasty.
