Sampled from 0.75 l bottle, best before December 2022. Hazy, dark brown with a frothy, beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly woody and a bit fruity aroma of caramel, oak, red grapes and some honey. Quite sweet, malty, a bit woody taste of caramel, honey, some oak and traces of red grapes, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a little tart, moderately woody-dry finish. Medium body, slightly creamy and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice!

Bottle shared at Koelschtrinker's place. A hazy brown beer with a mid-sized good lasting beige head. Aroma of sweet dark malt, chocolate, bourbon. Taste of sweet caramelish malt, chocolate, vanilla, wood, nice.

Quite sweet, malty, slightly bitter, a little fruity taste of caramel, honey, vanilla and bourbon, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a little woody finish. Medium body, slightly oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

75cl bottle from the brewery. Great woody malty nose. The beer starts mild and smooth, fresh with malt and lots of wood there. Round and deep, refreshing with a nice malty base, not too sweetish with not much bitterness, the woody aroma is in the focus. Round and refreshing, nice wood there, malty and deep. Nice!

75cl bottle from the brewery. Smooth mild woody nose. The beer starts mild and fruity, wood in the back, vanilla and moderate bitter grain. Interesting mix of aroma, a bit too neutral-bitter for the soft and vanilla-smooth wood. Flora-bitter and soft-smooth woody vanilla aftertaste. Interesting but not as smooth as I expected. Interesting though.
