750mL bottle, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a very nice musty pear skin character upfront, followed by light funk, and some champagne effervescence. Flavour is bright, with lots of effervescent champagne, pear skins, and some funk. There's a subtle smokiness in there. Carbonation is extremely high, but fitting. Excellent perry.

Bottle from Dille & Kamille shared at home. Clear golden with fluffy white head that actually lasts a while. Sweet apple, hay, light funk, dry apple peel, light unripe pear, soft herbs, light cow dung. Medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation and medium dry finish. Nice balance between sweetness and still a nice dry finish. Decent.

Aroma is apple rotten apple and yeast. Wet drain. Taste is sour dry apple juice. Sparkly and fun. A bit too much of this rotten aroma for me.

Slightly hazy golden colour, pours sparkling with a large (for a cider) but fairly shortlived white head. Nice aroma of cider apples and oak. Slightly sweet flavour of cider apples and dessert apples, notes of oak.
