On tap at Brauhas Zussdorf. Hazy yellow color. Yeast is significant in aroma. Taste is full, as expected for weizen without any flaws. Great weizen bier indeed.

Clear yellow color. Small head. These German beers look all the same. It’s mostly watery, no surprise, and very easy to drink, perfectly fits to schnitzel.

Clear yellow body covered in thin, but steady, head. Whatever was in aroma was beaten by metal bits. Sigh. Das bier mostly watery with sign of, again metal?, in the end. Hmmm.

500ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average to huge, frothy, osteoporosing, snow-white head. Grassy hoppy aroma with a touch of straw, underlying cautious hints of wheat. Taste is slightly bitter grassy hoppy, minimally strawy, cautiously wheaty basis with a bready touch; prickling carbonation.

Hefiger Beginn, der süßlich ist und zunehmend trockener wird. Hell würzig, weich, dezente Bananennoten. Süffig, leicht herb zum Ende, spritzig. 9/9/9/9/8/9

Heller, mild hefiger Antrunk. Etwas herb, süßlich. Im Mittelteil trockener, herb würzig, süffig. Kurzer hefiger, mild bitterer Nachhall. 7/10/9/8/8/9
