bottle from wastl, danke! Clear, perhaps slightly hazy brownish colour, large beige head. Malty, with some dry hops and a touch of caramel. Rural overall impression - very nice.

bottle from wastl. Clear, pale yellow colour, large white head. Lovely hop aroma. Elegant, light, malty base with lots of grassy-herbal hops. Smooth and pleasant carbonation supports the flavours well. Hops are really impressive here, and is sure is the signature beer of Hersbrucker hops. Fine stuff.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild but not washy, well balanced, fine yeasty, not too dry. Also fine fruity notes. Quite drinkable. Good.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts modest fruity like banana, some apricot, also yeasty, not too dry. Finish a bit milder, dominated by yeasty notes, less fruity. Quite drinkable. Okay!

Had this as "Hersbrucker Dunkles Albweizen". Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass dark, almost black, nice head. Starts fine malty-yeasty, not too dry and not too roasty. Modest sourish-fruity with notes of dried fruits. Well balanced finish, quite drinkable. Nice!

Bottle looks quite simple. Beer in the glass dark, not black, nice head. Starts wonderful soft-malty, interesting notes of caramel and chocolate, modest dry. Finish milder, still soft-malty. Great!
