21/4/2019. Beautifully presented bottle from Fischer Alima Bourse, Luxembourg City. Pours still bright pale gold with no head. Aroma of slightly tart apples, lightly floral, a little citrus, with nothing artificial. Moderate sweetness, light tartness. Medium body, oily texture, almost flat carbonation. Light tart finish. Very pure and delicate, liked this!

Sampled @ Cider World Frankfurt 2019. A clear pale yellow colour. Aroma of sweet pear and apples. Taste of sweet and dry apples, pear.
