330ml bottle from Crafty Nectar. Sparkling golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and fruity aroma. Taste is tart and sweetish, pear with dry, fleshy notes and some sulphur & tannin. Light to medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying pear finish. Quite OK

33cl bottle at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours slightly pale with limited white foam. Aroma is weak of apples, recalling a spumante or brut. Body is somehow light with fine carbonation. Taste is limited in sweetness with a hint of acidity. Finish is relatively long.

Aroma is moderate pear, sweet pear, pear skin. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet pear, pear skin, pear, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft.
