12 oz can purchased at the Publix on Anna Maria Island, Florida. Canned on 7 10 2024. The pour is a slight haze orange golden with a foamy half inch white head that falls noisily. The aroma is apricot soft fruit, citrus rind, grass and cereal malt. The taste is nice citrus fruit, nice bitterness and the cereal malt in back. The palate is medium bodied with soft natural carbonation and a clean bitter resin drier finish. Fresh and tasty.

12 oz. can from Publix. Pours an opaque gold color with a small white head and decent retention. Fair lacing. Strong hoppy aroma. The taste follows the nose: Strong hoppy and bitter flavor and not much else. For hop heads only. It's smooth, but way too bitter for me. At least the 7.0% ABV is pretty well hidden. Medium body and medium carbonation. Tick.

12 oz. can from Publix. Pours a cloudy yellow-gold color with a thick white head and excellent retention. Good lacing. Light blueberry aroma, as expected. Similar light blueberry flavor in a meaty base wheat beer. Very subtle fruit notes. Smooth and clean. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Very low bitterness.

Apparently this 1300 Mile Brewing is a dba for Publix supermarkets, with 3 beers including this IPA brewed at Brew Hub in Lakeland. This is a pretty standard entry for IPA. Golden amber, big resin and citrus hops, mildly astringent, somewhat balanced. Its fine, no more no less.
