(bottle, 33cl) Clear, amber colour with a short and slightly off-white foamy head. Delicately toasted malty aroma with notes of berry-fruits, caramel and flowery hops. Mildly bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Soft cara-malty base with citric and flowery hops, lingering into the bitter-sweet finish. 09.XII.17

330ml bottle [#656/1450, 2016 vintage, 7.0% abv, 45 IBU, Hallertauer Tradition, Simcoe]. Hazy, dark amber to brwon colour with average to huge, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Grassy hoppy aroma, a zesty touch of orange, caramel malty background. Taste is moderately sweet caramel malty, slightly bitter and fruity hoppy, notes of orange, hints of mandarine, some honeydew melon, minimally alcoholic finish; smooth and super soft palate.

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Sander Seasonal Yankee ].Clear medium to light yellow amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, cookie, hay, caramel, sweet malt, caramelized malt. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, candy, caramelized malt, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20171129] 6-4-7-3-14

33cl bottle. BB 12/2018. A clear amber beer with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of resinous bitter hops, orange fruits, reddish malt. taste of resinous hops, red malt, raisins, pine, long bitter finish.

33 cl bottle @ home, BBE 08.12.2018. Aroma has odd artifical licorice and burnt sugar. Flavour has molasses, burnt sugar, some licorice and sweet rye pudding -like malt. Also some rubbery notes. Sweet all the way and far from balanced. Drinkable anyway.

18-11-17 // at 3. Mainzer CraftBeerMesse. Clear golden, fruity hoppy nose. Mild bitter. Smooth.

Sampled @ 3. Mainzer Craftbier Messe 2017. A dark brown beer with a small tan head. Aroma of dark mild roasted malt, bitter chocolate. Taste of roasted bitter malt, coffee, chocolate, some toffee and vanilla, good.
