Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, malty, light grassy. Bottle @ The 5th Danish Summer Gathering Ulborg, 2012. Pours clear yellow wih a small bubbly head. Grainy and hayish, Medium bodied. Dry finish. Short bitter end.

Bottle. A clear one, golden in color and with a small, white head. Weak nose with fruityness dominating. Some grains and grass as well. The flavor is equally uninteresting, fruity, grainy and grassy. Medium to thin body, a bit low on carbonation. Some bitterness hints towards the very end. It’s drinkable, but utterly boring, so I don’t think I could enjoy a few of it. 120817

Pours a orange yellow haze. Full white head. Taste that of and average Hefe, some banana and clove. Palate is same but ends a bit harsh for a Hefe.

Pale golden colour. Milky dusty aroma with a hint of cinnamon. Malty bready flavor, spicy with cinnamon and cardemom. Soft grassy notes. Tasty beer.
