Der Bock beginnt äußerst hopfig und passend herb und steigert sich dort noch. Malznoten spielen auch später kaum eine Rolle, so ist es auch erfreulich, dass der Bock keine unangenehme oder klebrige Süße aufweist. Stattdessen wird der Hopfen später süßlich, was aber in angenehmem Rahmen stattfindet. Trotz der Schwere bleibt der Bock so ruhig süffig, der Alkohol wird spät erkennbar, dort aber deutlich. Mit der Zeit herber, damit gehen trockene Noten einher. Guter heller Bock, der durch den Hopfen profitiert. Gefällt! 9/11/12/12/12/11

(bottle) Cloudy, dark amber colour with a thick off-white foamy head. Slightly roasted malty aroma with a dicreet wheat-character, berry-fruity notes, bubblegum and clovy spices. Slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a rather soft carbonation. Mildly toasted malty and wheaty taste with berry-fruits, shades of caramel and cloves; slightly sweet and mildly sour-fruity finish. A quaffable dark Weizen. 27.X.10

Bottle: almost clear, amber coloured, big stable off-white head; moderate roasty nose with a yeasty-wheaty background; sourish-sweetish flavour, light bodied; fruity and sourish finish with caramelly influences. O.K........

Bottle: Solid aromatic hayish-hoppy nose with a good pale-malty base, pale golden, quite stable white head; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, not too dry, but soft, light bodied; lingering hoppy and pale-malty finish. Very well crafted Pils, who needs Radeberger or - even worse - Veltins......

Bottle: Despite its name, almost no traces of yeast (Hefe) visible, golden coloured with a sloly collapsing white head, grainy-wheaty nose with some burnt malt underneath; light to moderate sweetish-sourish flavour; a light bitterness shows up in the lemony-fruity and wheaty finish. Drinkable, not great..........

Bottle: Golden, lazy carbonation, slowly collapsing medium-sized fluffy white head; moderate to solid sweet grainy to strawy nose with a tinge of honey; medium bodied, moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour; lemony traces in the sweet grainy finish, followed by a little bitterness in the aftertaste. O.K., nothing to complain......

Bottle: Golden, visible carbonation, small white lacy head; moderate to distinctive honeyish to pale-malty nose, gentle herbal hops remaining in the background; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, soft and almost medium bodied; increasing hoppiness in the sweet-bitter finish, dominated by pale malt. Fine, pleasant stuff.....

Bottle:Clear, golden, lively carbonation, slowly collapsing small loose white head; sweetish-lemony nose with - even though it is a filtered Weizen - yeasty traces; light to moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, light bodied, a bit fizzy; sourish finish with grainy and lemony flavours, followed by a light tartness. O.K., not the greatest Kristallweizen.....
