Bottle: Cloudy, golden, stable creamy off-white head; sweetish grainy-wheaty nose with a sourish-yeasry touch; relatively dry sourish-sweetish flavour, light bodied as expected; sourish-fruity finish with a small amount of yeast. Not unpleasant.....

Bottle: Clear, golden, mid-sized lacy white head; mild, but distinctive aromatic (presumably Tettnang) hoppy nose with bready/buttery undertones; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, soft, light bodied; lingering bitter-hoppy finish, balanced by sweet malt. Good Pilsener of the Bohemian kind........

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big foamy white head. Slighty sour doughy pale malty aroma with a grainy touch and traces of herbal hops. Slighty sweet and minimal bitter flavour, light bodied with a slightly crisp carbonation. Doughy malty taste with shy grainy spots, quite dry and slim malty and shy herbal and subtle citric hoppy finish. A slim but clean and refreshing Pilsener.light. 09.VI.10

(bottle, 33cl, purchased at the brewery) Clear, more golden than at the most light-amber colour with a blond and dense medium-sized foamy head. Grainy and slightly cara-malty aroma with a tinge of nuts and a citrus-fruity and herbal hoppy touch. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Cara-malty, slightly grainy taste with herbal accents and subtle fruity notes; sweet and slightly bitter hoppy finish with slightly nutty notes. Likeable old-style Helles. 03.VI.10

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a big but collapsing frothy white head. Yeasty pale malty aroma with light notes of citrus and hay-like herbal hops. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light bodied with a lively carbonation. Pale malt-character with citric and grainy spots, accompanied by yeasty and herbal hoppy notes; sweet-bitter, slightly grainy and hoppy finish. Just a nice and uncomplicated brew. 01.VI.10

(bottle, 33cl, purchased at the brewery) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Yeasty, slightly sweet malty aroma with a moderate wheat-character, mineralic and rather restrained fruity notes of banana, accompanied by a strong phenolic touch (band aid, cloves). Moderately sweet flavour with a whiff of acidity, light to medium bodied with a tame carbonation. Malt-accented, slightly wheaty and yeasty taste with light to moderate fruity notes and a touch of cloves; medium-dry, slightly mineralic and sour-fruity finish. Not bad but I prefer the ordinary Königsbräu Weißbier. 25.V.10

(bottle) Hazy, orange to light-amber colour with a big and persistent foamy white head. Yeasty, slightly sweet and moderately wheaty aroma with a subtle, almost a bit vinous citrus-/lemon-fruity note, accompanied by clovy spices. Moderately sour and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a well-carbonated, slightly sparkly mouthfeel. Yeasty and wheaty taste with lemon-fruity notes and a mildly clovy touch; quite dry and slightly sour fruity finish with a slightly woody tartness. A pleasant Weißbier, close to an Ur-Weisse. 25.V.10
