450ml bottle. Pours pale yellow with a tall but fast-dissipating head. Aroma is skunky, corn. Taste is the same, with light sweetness. Light bitter finish. Calls itself “zhivoe” yet it is pasteurised. Nonsense.

450ml bottle. Actually brewed in Bashkortostan, unlike the canned version, which hails from the Sverdlovsk Region. Pours clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is malt, rice, corn. Taste is medium sweet, malt, rice. Light bitter finish. Light bodied. Not much good on here. My 400th pale lager tick. Yay.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Vova’s place. Thanks Vova. Clear gold with a white head. Aroma of graininess, candy and a bit of paper. Sweet flavor with graininess, somewhat sugary, with alcohol. Quite light-bodied.

Pale colour, I assume. The aroma from the bottle is not much. Taste is clean and light with a light bit off cidery graininess. Actually not as bad as that sounds.
