La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sul tetto della bocca si attestano impressioni di miele, pane, cereali, erba e agrumi.

Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma cremosa e che resiste abbastanza. Le bollicine sono grandi. Il liquido è di apparenza velata. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza. La carbonazione è persistente. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è normale, con durata sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sul tetto della bocca si fermano impressioni di caramello, miele, frutta secca e agrumi.

La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto cristallino. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sulla lingua si attestano indizi di caramello, miele, crosta di pane, cereali e frutta secca.

Bottle. Cloudy dark yellow/gold sporting a small but decent white head. Aroma of old apples and grains. Taste of grains, citrus fruits and old apples that were left for too long in a moldy basement. Low bitterness. Low to medium carbonation. Barely manages to stay on the ok side of things but I wouldn’t bother again.

(bottle 0,33l) Overall: Weird or a bit off. Aroma: Fruity, light cherries. Appearance: Hazy golden. Long lasting, white head. Taste: Fruity, light sour-ish, cherries, light sweet. Palate: Medium body.

Bottle. Clear amber featuring a decent white head. Surprising aroma of grapefruits, malt lozenges, caramel and Belgian yeast. Taste of caramel, grains, grass, grapefruit, sparkling wine and old apples. Herbal and fruity with a dry finish. Moderate bitterness. Medium to strong carbonation. A strange beast. I‘d love to know if my bottle was off or if this is really a misguided attempt at an Amber Ale/Tripel hybrid.

75cl bottle. Contract beer, made by IT00PSA00041L. Pours hazy blonde, kind of orange, with very fine white foam. Aroma is fruity, plus evident citrus. Body is average with moderate carbonation. Taste is moderately sweet, with some interesting bitterness. Overall, not really interesting, though. Finish is average and with some bitterness.
