Description
It all started in a shed, no joke! Ian, started home brewing in his garden shed, building recipes inspired by his loved beers. We loved it, our mates loved it, the shed was bursting at the seams, it was time to move to bigger premises. In 2013 Brick was born, and we started building a brewery in a railway arch behind Peckham Rye station, SE London.

Properly refreshing and tart! Pours a hazy gold colour, with a small bubbly white head and a mellow strawberry aroma. Light bodied and spritzy, its a lovely mix of tart strawberry and cool cucumber, with a slightly dry finish

Keg at Anchor Tap & Bottle, Croxley, Herts. A hazy golden coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, orange taste/aroma. Easy drinking SIPA.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Clapton Craft. Pours unclear pink light itโ€™s a small, creamy white head. Lightly sweet with mellow acidity, subdued plum, generic tart berry, a little butyric acid as it warms. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Lightly quenching finish, more tart plum, berries. Not bad overall but not up to the usual Brisk fruity sour standard.

Keg draught at the Two-Tailed Lion, Leicester. Orange/peach colour, hazy. A ring of white head with a little bit of lacing. Getting vanilla icing sugar with a little bit of pear juice in the aroma. Doesn't prepare me for the sourness of the taste. Intense tartness with the blueberry cutting through with the savoury/sweet interplay of vanilla bean. The blueberrystays in the long finish is and aftertaste. Heavy carbonation. Starts quite jucely and gets better.

Keg at Barrel & Horn, Bromley. Reddish amber pour with a white head. Nose is cinnamon, sultanas, spot of baked apple. Taste is sultanas, cinnamon, redcurrants, spot of grapefruit. Bitter citrusy finish.
