Description
It all started in a shed, no joke! Ian, started home brewing in his garden shed, building recipes inspired by his loved beers. We loved it, our mates loved it, the shed was bursting at the seams, it was time to move to bigger premises. In 2013 Brick was born, and we started building a brewery in a railway arch behind Peckham Rye station, SE London.

Can from M&S, Brooklands. Aroma has tart funky strawberry washed over by watery cucumber. Hazy orange. Thin foamy translucent white head. Over the top a big sour strawberry streak. Underlying cucumber savouriness the appears. A hint of sugary sweetness. Light bodied. Thin. Fizzy. Long dry astringent finish. Refreshing - the two adjuncts work well.

Looks like mango juice with a thick white head. Strong mango aroma. Taste is mango and apricot with some hops, a little sharpness but mostly it's just fresh and juicy. Not bad.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Clapton Craft. Pours hazed yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. Gorgeous stuff, moderately sweet and jammy but not at all cloying, rich fleshy peach, soft acidity, creamy vanilla, apricot. Light bodied with massaging carbonation and smooth texture. Well balanced finish, more peach, subtle vanilla, lemony accents. Delicious. Impressively flavourful and well rounded.
