Tap at Craft Room. Slightly hazy golden, tiny white head. Peach/orange, somewhat dead hoppy aroma, grainy slightly. Empty taste, clean, light, bit perfumy apricot, even more vague lemon, vaaaague bitterness. Good body, good taste, just so subdued. Will try to try again fresh.

Keg at House of Hammerton, Highbury, London. A black coloured pour with a medium beige head on top. Roasty, malty, pine aroma. Tastes much the same, roasty, malty, citrus, pine, quite bitter.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and a bit of caramel.

330ml bottle. Pours dark, large, growing pale tan head. Aroma has some roast, pine. Taste crisp with prominent citric fruits, grapefruit, pine before some charred roast, wood and a little more juicy lime and resin. Soft bitterness. Enjoyable.

Sample from 33 cl bottle. Clear golden colour with a thin white head. Sweet aroma with grasses, earthy notes, pale malts. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes slightly drying with earthy notes. OK.

Bottle from Oddbins Beer Shop, Blackheath. Black pour with a lasting beige head. Nose of dark chocolate, toffee, raisin, toffee apple, vanilla, cola. Flavours of licorice, dark chocolate, dates, soy sauce, caramel, nuts, toffee, coffee. Long, sweet malt laden finish. Interesting brew.

Keg at the brewery taproom, shared with Lloyd. Pours deep brown with a creamy, beige head. The nose holds sugary chocolate, some ripening berries. Medium to big sweet flavour, with lots of milk chocolate, light roast, some strawberry, low bitterness. Medium to full bodied with average, velvety carbonation. Sweet finish, with a little boozy warmth, more sugary milk chocolate, strawberries and other ripening berries. Pretty fun stuff overall.
