About
It all started in a shed, no joke! Ian, started home brewing in his garden shed, building recipes inspired by his loved beers. We loved it, our mates loved it, the shed was bursting at the seams, it was time to move to bigger premises. In 2013 Brick was born, and we started building a brewery in a railway arch behind Peckham Rye station, SE London.

Flaske 330ml. Gave fra Scopey. Mørk amber. Middels høyt med tett lacing. God fyldig fruktig aroma. Smaken har et behagelig fyldig fruktpreg. Bra! Delt med Skinnyviking.

Bottle split at Scopey 10K, thanks to he of new found Aegir status, 26/11/15. Very lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white covering that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is orange marmalade, tangerine, toasted bread, apricot. Taste comprises a big chalky mineral wash, tangerine, more orange marmalade, toasty malt, ripe melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with earthy hop bitterness. Ok .. a touch unbalanced with the white Cliffs of Dover running it’s course !

Bottle from Fresh Fields Market. Shared at my joint. It pours clear orange - amber with a small white head. The nose is soft, sweet, juicy, orange, tangerine, apricot, white sugar, tinned fruit and candied peel. The taste is bitter, pine needles, tangerine peel, apricot, bitter orange, straw, light minerals and a touch of pepper with a firm, dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Easy-going low-boost hoppy gold.

Bottle shared during Scopey’s 10k. Thanks to the big fella his self. Pours lightly hazy yellow-gold with a frothy white head. The aroma has a bit or tangerine, pech, melon, cedar, pine. Light sweet flavor with simple pale bread, minerals, citrus rind, grapefruit pith. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Dry finish, quite pithy, more minerals, a little wood, citrus rind. Fine.

Bottled@AIH53 (from AbM). Orangeish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is mild honey with some bready malts, grains and herbs. Flavour is honey, some sweet bready malts, toffee and mild salty and herbal notes. Mellow.

Bottled(5.2) @AIH53 (from AbM). Hazy yellowish orange colour, small white head. Aroma is bananas, spices, some wheat, mild yeast and citrus. Flavour is citrus, some acidic notes, wheat, yeast and mild bananas. OK, but watery.
