Description
It all started in a shed, no joke! Ian, started home brewing in his garden shed, building recipes inspired by his loved beers. We loved it, our mates loved it, the shed was bursting at the seams, it was time to move to bigger premises. In 2013 Brick was born, and we started building a brewery in a railway arch behind Peckham Rye station, SE London.

Bottle split at the Leightonators gaff, shared by he, 02/09/14. Clear rich golden with a decent off white head that stays to party. Nose is caramel malt, bitter orange, straw, citric peel, light bread dough. Taste comprises orange pith, straw, hint of grapefruit, less caramel than on the nose, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light hop bitterness. Ok, lacks hop presence for an IPA.

On tap at The Hop & Berry Islington. Hazy gold lasting off white head. tropical fruit aroma. Tropical fruit in the mouth that is really quite exciting. it’s got some earthiness to it but it’s still pretty impressive. too carbonated. Too fizzy. But first day of pub. Man you need to loose the carbonic acid on this beer. Tropical fruit is good though.
