Bottle shared at home after horrendous day of physical labour. Very pale straw with no head. Sweet funky apples, granny’s wee-wee, dusty and moldy old apples, vanilla. Moderate sweet and bitter, light tart. Medium body and soft carbonation. Over medium dry. Fun cider from south africa!

Lys gul klar uten skum, lite bobler. Lukter lett av jord, epler og noe pære. Tørr. Lite smak, men noe eplefølelse får man. Kort.

0,33 flaske fra helsekosten i Straensenteret, delt med Ovesen etter endt brygging: helt klar, lys strågul uten skum. Svært beskjeden eplearoma, litt mer smak, men jeg skjønner ikke vitsen å sende denne lettvekteren helt fra Sørafrika.

330 ml clear bottle, as Cluver & Jack Cider, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.5%. Pours clear and and sparkling, no head, extremely pale greenish-yellow colour. Moderate but nice aroma of apples. Moderate carbonation in the mouth. Medium dry flavour of apples, hints of sulphites.

Aroma is moderate apple, pear, sweet apple. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet apple, pear, sugary, artificial - artificial apple.
