Bottle, 75cl corked. It’s a clear, golden cider with a film of bubbles. The aroma has sweet apple juice and marmalade, with some grassy hints in the back. The flavor is rather sweet, yet it feels quite dry on the palate. Far from sticky. Apple marmalade and some apple cores. Pleasant carbonation. Quite nice this one, easy drinkable and almost refreshing. 140830

Bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering, 2014. Pours pinkish red with a bubbly head. Thin and sugary. Raspberries and faint apple. Cloying.

75 cL bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is crisp apples fruity. Smooth fruity, citric and crisp apples. Lingering fruity and smooth, zesty and sweet. Mild citric.

Bottle, 2.5%. Clear rose with no head. Aroma is apple, fruit and a little apple peal. Flavour is apples, apple peel, sweet, little dry and sugar.

Bottle, 75cl corked. It pours an almost clear body, pinkish in color and with a rim of bubbles. The aroma is mostly on the apple side, with some berryish notes. Not sure if there’s berries added or if it’s just the peal, but it’s quite pleasant anyway. The flavor has sweet apples and a lemony touch, with some grassy hints in the far, far back. Quite pleasant, but a bit sweet. 140830

Pours clear reddish/pink with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of sweet red apples and apple peels. Taste is medium sweet with a long sweet apple finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.
