75cl Bottle shared at crêperie Les Quatre Saisons in Pont l’Abbé. Pours deep orange with bubbles and no head retention. Fresh apples, light barnyard/mossy touch, appleskin, tannins. Medium sweet, light bitter. Thin body, fizzy carbonation, woody dry feel. Nice. And a very good crêperie as well.

75cl Bottle shared, bought at wine store in Benodet. Pours clear peach colored orange/pink with no head but some fine bubbles. Sweet apple, apple skin, strawberry lemonade syrup. Very sweet. Thin body low fizzy carbonation. With 3% a very light drink, almost lemonade, very sweet and little character.
Hazy orange Golden/active bubbles & no head retention. Fresh apples, appleskin, medium sweet, lively carb, little bit dry. No funk, no sour, just sweet apples & some appleskin dryness. Very nice & balanced but also a bit boring.

Bottle from Colruyt. Hazy orange. Sweet nose of red apples, apple skin. Bit woody. Rather sweet, no real tartness. Ok cider.

Extreme gusher. Never had this with a cider before... The cider starts sweet and nice tart. Lots of tannins, but not very deep. Fresh and easy to drink with nice fruity and slightly sweetish apples. Nice fresh carbonation. the aftertaste is tannins, tart apples and a nice fresh sweetness of ripe apples. But disappears very fast - could be much deeper.
