75cl bottle from Chateau de Lezergue. Clear shiny gold appearance, medium carbonation. Light rustic side, gentle scuzzy mouth feel, crunchy apple fruit, a bit of apple core thrown in. Quite nice.

75cl bottle from Cidrerie Lezergue. Pours a clear gold. High carbonation. Great Guillevic CV, nicely sweet, good Guillevic character shining through with a spritzy fruity palate. Nice.

75cl bottle as 'Les Trois Frères'. Pours a misty deep gold, good effevescence. Good full fruity brut with a light scuzzy edge. Nice

75cl bottle from Grand Frais, Hazebrouck. Pours a clear gold, gentle effervescence. Aroma of lightly caramelised apple fruit, pleasant balanced sweetness, with golden rosey fleshy fruity accents, light apple skin hints on the close. Decent doux.

Bottle. Clear deep golden. Dry apple peel, leather, light juicy, old wet wood, soft vanilla, a touch of funk. Medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied and solid medium dry. Good.

Light hazy apple juice colour. Fruity and sweet apples, also dry with some apple skin. Not very complex but great thirst squencher.

clear golden colour, no head, only some off-white lacing as expected; aroma and taste of sweet apple and earthy notes; less acidic, than an average cider; not bad

Bottle. Clear deep golden. Dry and leathery, fresh cut wood, a hint of mushroom, earthy dry apple peel. Solid dry, not very fruity or complex though, a bit more bitter than usual. OK but not great.

750ml bottle. From Alko. Poured clear golden, fizzy head. Ripe apples, some acidity. Sweet at first sips, some apple peel, dries out in the finish. Ok.
