750ml bottle. From Alko. Poured clear golden, fizzy head. Ripe apples, some acidity. Sweet at first sips, some apple peel, dries out in the finish. Ok.

Bottle. Clear golden body with a lively carbonation and a big, foamy but relatively short lived head. Nice aroma of pure apple and apple core with hint of cellar notes. Very nice taste of cider apples, both fresh and ripe, some cellar notes and otherwise rather pure in flavor. Mild refreshing acidity with a gentle touch of wood, particular from the aftertaste. Extremely easy drinkable and well balanced all the way. A really nice everyday cider (or all day cider :-) )

750 ml corked & caged green bottle, from Vinmonopolet. ABV is 5%. Clear deep golden colour, pours sparkling with a large but shortlived head. Lovely aroma of cider apples and dessert apples, notes of oak, hints of apple peel and cinnamon. The flavour is semi dry (not \"brut\" in my book) with a nice apple character and hints of oak, but could use some more acidity and tannins.

Quel raffinement!

Bottle shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen 21.07.18. Clear golden. Diminishing head. Excellently balanced and complex aroma and taste of cider apples, apple zest, cinnamon, leather and sulphur. Superb drinkability.
